Termination is not an easy situation for the organization or the employee. We offer support and assistance in career transition for the organization and for the dismissed employee.

Our approach begins with our support in the workplace at the time of dismissal. We take charge of individuals who lose their jobs to promote a smooth transition. Meetings then are planned to produce a career assessment in order to establish the candidate’s profile and the steps required for repositioning on the market.

Preparation of the curriculum vitae, identification of the job market, the interview preparation approach, networking by identification of contacts, support and listening are also key factors in the job search process.
